District 196 has selected Mark Aronson as the next Highland Elementary School principal—only the third since Highland opened in 1986. Mr. Aronson has served as the assistant administrator at Highland for the last two years.

Highland Elementary principal is one of three finalists from Minnesota for the 2025 national honor.

Eagan residents Robin Cerio and Catherine Diamond will fill the expiring terms of Art Coulson and Sachin Isaacs, who resigned earlier this year.
